Over 700,000 square feet of retail being developed by Catellus Development Corporation and located at the intersection of Interstate 880 and Auto Mall Parkway. Kohl's Department Store, Circuit City, Linens-N-Things, Claim Jumper, DSW Shoes, Office Depot, Party America, Jamba Juice, Quiznos Subs, Starbucks, Pick Up Stix, Rubio's, Premier Pizza, Lowe's Home Improvement, Old Navy, Ohana Hawaiian BBQ, Cold Stone Creamery, Tapioca Express, Verizon Wireless, Costco, Bassett Furniture, Ritz Camera, Washington Mutual, 3 Day Blinds, GameStop, T-Mobile, Panera Bread, Justice Clothing Co., Carter's, In-N-Out Burger and PF Changs China Bistro are now open.

In 2007, more retail and restaurants are coming to Pacific Commons, including Applebee's, Ashley Furniture, Half Price Books, JoAnn Fabrics, Johnny Carino's Country Italian Restaurant, Mancini's Sleep World, Panda Express, Radio Shack, and Wingstop.
